Optional reinforced cement coating / rock shield.

5. Internal Lining for Potable Water

DWI 25 (1) (a) approved cement mortar lining (Reg 31) to DIN 2614. (80mm—500mm).
DWI 31 (4) (a) approved cement mortar lining (Reg 31) to DIN 2614. (600mm—2000mm).
DWI 31 (4) (a) approved cement mortar lining to DIN 2614 with Copon Hycote 162 PWX seal coat, (all diameters).
DWI 31 (4) (a) approved Copon Hycote 162 PWX (all diameters).

6. Internal Lining for brackish / salt water / extremely aggressive water / sewage sludge.

7. Welded fittings to suit are available in all sizes (to BS EN 10224), CAD drawings provided.

9. Canusa Heat Shrink Sleeves are recommended and available from FT Pipeline Systems. CanusaWrap CPS Sleeves to DIN 30672 for field joint corrosion protection.

Locking Lids:

FT Pipeline Systems also supplies virtually every water company in the UK with lockable stop tap box replacement lids. This ingenious device means that damaged lids can be replaced in one visit, quickly, and without disruption, saving water companies many thousands of pounds every year.
